In these difficult times, we want to make sure our tenants are welcomed in a clean and safe environment, that being said, our already meticulous cleaning and safety measures have been upgraded and a health and safety program was designed for your well-being including cleaning and disinfecting door handles, handrails, bathroom surfaces, front desk surfaces, elevators, and elevator buttons.

All HVAC filters constantly being replaced;
The cleaning team is disinfecting all the common areas more times per day;
All personnel is wearing protection masks and gloves;
Bathrooms are frequently disinfected, with medical soap;
Safety delimitations to mark social distancing;
COVID-19 informative signage in the common areas;
Added sanitizer dispensers near the elevators and the bathrooms;
Assistance for the facilities providers in order to ensure a safe environment for the tenants;
Constant communication by email with the tenants;
